Going bananas over these 2-ingredient dark chocolate covered frozen banana bites!😍 love making them when i have spotty bananas sitting on my countertop. Yes, you can buy them at the grocery store but why not reuse your spotty bananas and make them on your own with better ingredients?!🥰

½ cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 tsp fine sea salt

slice bananas into 1/2 inch coins. Microwave chocolate chips for 1 minute, then stir well and microwave for another 30 seconds or more if needed until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. using a fork dunk the banana coins into the chocolate mixture. place the chocolate covered bananas on a tray with parchment paper, sprinkle with anything you want! i used shredded coconut & sea salt. freeze overnight or for at least 2 hours. ENJOY!
