Air Fryer Feta Shishito Peppers

For the peppers: Combine shishito peppers, extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp flakey salt, garlic powder, 1 tsp sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes. Air fry (or bake) at 400F for 12 minutes, tossing halfway through, or until browned. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer. Once cooked, top with lemon juice, crumbled feta, and additional flakey salt.

For the garlic herb yogurt dip: In a small bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic cloves, chopped fresh mint, fresh parsley, fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste, and 2 tsp sesame seeds. Mix well.
