BBQ Chicken Tenders

In a bowl, mix together 2 eggs, 1/3 cup chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add 1/2 box of grinded crackers (using a blender) to this mixture. For the marinade, combine one pound of chicken with 1/2 cup golden BBQ sauce, 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let the chicken rest in the marinade for 15-20 minutes. Preheat your pan over medium heat and coat it with extra virgin olive oil. Cook chicken tenders for 4 minutes on each side (chicken slices were thin, so it cooked fast). Use a meat thermometer to make sure the meat is cooked through. Garnish with fresh parsley, sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
