Burger Bowl with Special Sauce

1. In a pan, cook ground beef with chopped shallots and your favorite blend of spices until browned and cooked through.
2. In a large bowl, arrange a base of romaine lettuce. Top with chopped tomatoes, sliced pickles, and diced onion.
3. Add the cooked ground beef, shredded mozzarella cheese, and avocado oil fries to the bowl.
4. For the sauce, combine 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 tablespoons of pickle juice, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
5. Drizzle or toss the prepared sauce over the burger bowl ingredients before serving.
