To prepare this refreshing salad, begin by chopping up the ingredients mentioned, including the pepperoncini, Chomps meat sticks, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and shallot. Add them to a bowl filled with fresh arugula leaves, then add olives. For the dressing, mix 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 teaspoon green & red hatch chili flakes, and salt & pepper to taste.
