Preheat oven to 350F. Pulse all the ingredients except chocolate chips In a food processor. Add chocolate chips to the batter and mix well with a spoon. Scoop the batter and form cookies into discs and set them on the tray sprayed with coconut oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, turn the heat up to 400 and bake for another 2-3 minutes or until golden (or toasted). ENJOY!
