Collagen French Toast Sticks

First, mash the 1/2 banana. Add the 1/3 cup unsweetened toasted coconut almond milk, 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 scoop collagen peptides, and 1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mashed banana and stir well to combine into a batter. Preheat your griddle or pan and coat it generously with coconut oil. Cut the sprouted cinnamon raisin bread into slices (or sticks, depending on preference). Dip each bread slice into the batter, allowing it to soak for about 3-5 seconds. Immediately transfer the coated bread sticks to the preheated pan and cook on medium-low heat until golden brown, which should take about 3 minutes on each side. Once cooked, sprinkle the french toast sticks with extra cinnamon, top with fresh bananas, blackberries, raspberries, and drizzle with cashew butter before serving.
