‘’Mom, this is the best dessert you’ve ever made’’- said Aysha when I made it for the first time. Two ingredients (+🧂) crunchy & delicious! I started making this bark after coming back from Hawaii, 2 1/2 years ago. It’s always a hit in our household! Try it with white chocolate - omg insane! We had 4 kids over yesterday and they devoured it!

What you need

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup macadamia nuts

½ tsp fine sea salt

Instructions

Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside.

Add chocolate chips to a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Stir well and microwave again for 1 minute and 30 seconds.****

Stir constantly until mixture is smooth and creamy. 

Add nuts into melted chocolate mixture and using a tablespoon immediately drop the mixture on parchment covered baking sheet. 

Sprinkle with sea salt, you can also do hemp seeds, chia seeds etc.

Freeze for 20 minutes or until chocolate is set. ENJOY!!!♥️♥️♥️ **** (For white chocolate, and i used Lily’s microwave 1 minute 30 seconds and stir VERY well!)
