Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter in the microwave. Combine coconut sugar and cinnamon. Using a knife crush the walnuts. Unwrap the crescent roll and separate the triangles then spread butter onto each triangle and sprinkle with coconut sugar and cinnamon mixture, + walnuts. Cut the apple in half and slice into 8 equal slices. Place a piece of apple on each triangle of dough (on a wider side) and roll it in a croissant. Spread the remaining butter on top of each crescent roll and sprinkle with additional coconut sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden. Enjoy ❤️
