Easy Roast Beef

First, make the rub (dressing) by mixing 2 tbsp of spicy mustard, 5 cloves of minced garlic, garlic salt and pepper to taste, and rosemary (optional). Set aside. Wash 2 pounds of grass-fed beef top round steak, pat it dry with paper towels, and massage the meat with the dressing until thoroughly covered. Place the marinated meat in the fridge overnight. Bake it in an oven bag at 400F for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, turn off the heat and leave the roast in the oven for 30 more minutes.
