High Protein Breakfast Plate

Scrambled Eggs:

Whisk three eggs with salt and pepper until well combined. Preheat a pan to medium heat and coat it with olive oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, then lower the heat to medium-low and let the eggs sit for 30 seconds. Slowly move the eggs around with a spatula and cook them to your desired consistency, usually for another 20-30 seconds.

Grilled Halloumi:

Slice halloumi into 1/2-inch thick pieces. Cook in a pan lightly coated with olive oil for 1 minute on each side over medium-high heat.

Mango:

Prepare mango (refer to original video for cutting technique).

Assemble:

Assemble the plate with scrambled eggs, grilled halloumi, avocado, and mango. Enjoy with a Blackberry Matcha Latte (recipe for the latte is available in a previous post by the creator).
