Honey Chipotle Salmon with Pineapple Salsa Bowl

Wash and pat dry the salmon. Make sure it’s completely dry, it’s very important! Coat the salmon fillets with olive oil and honey. Season with chipotle powder, paprika, and sea salt flakes. Transfer the salmon into the air fryer skin side down. Air fry at 400F for 11 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 400F for 12-15 min. To assemble the bowls, place a sheet of seaweed in a bowl. Add cooked rice on top of the seaweed, followed by the cooked salmon fillet. Spoon the pineapple salsa over the salmon and serve immediately. Enjoy!
