Instructions

Place your bamboo whisk in warm water for about 1–2 minutes to soften the bristles. Add matcha powder to a small bowl. Pour in 2 tbsp hot water and whisk quickly in a zig-zag motion until smooth and slightly frothy. Add a little more hot water so the total liquid is about 1/4 cup, and whisk again until light and foamy. Blend mango with honey until smooth. Add mango purée to the bottom of a glass. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in milk. Slowly pour the matcha over the milk to create the layered effect. Enjoy!
