Instructions

To make the sandwich, simply spread two slices of bread (I used whole grains) with red pepper paste (I used Korean fermented red pepper paste from Trader Joe’s). Add a slice of cheese, a few slices of pastrami, a handful of arugula, roasted bell pepper (I roasted mine in the air fryer), and another slice of cheese on top. Close the sandwich and transfer it to a waffle maker. Grill and enjoy! ✨🫶
