Make one of my favorite savory breakfasts with me! 😍 The Trader Joe’s Green Onion Pancakes have been a staple in my freezer for well over a year. We have them at least once a week, usually on Saturday’s as I love whipping them up for a quick breakfast. This combo is absolutely delicious - definitely a must try!

Cooking the pancake is super easy. It comes in frozen and is ready in just a few minutes! I cook it in a little bit of olive oil for a few min on each side. Transfer to a plate and top with cheese. Pop in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to allow the cheese melt. Top with scrambled eggs and kimchi ❤️ enjoy!
