Zucchini Fries with Yogurt Ranch Dressing

For the yogurt ranch dressing: Combine @siggisdairy yogurt, minced garlic, mustard, coconut aminos, lemon juice, black pepper, paprika, dill weed, fresh chopped parsley, and fresh chopped chives in a bowl and mix well.

For the zucchini ribbon fries: In a medium bowl, whisk the egg with salt, garlic powder, and pepper to taste. Transfer the spiralized zucchini ribbons into the egg mixture and toss it well to coat evenly. Place the zucchini ribbons in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and sprayed with avocado oil. Drizzle the zucchini with avocado oil, ensuring it's coated evenly. Then, sprinkle with almond flour and toss again to distribute. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, increase the oven temperature to 450F and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the fries are crispy. Serve immediately with the yogurt ranch dressing. ENJOY!
